Studied at the Rome International Film School (RIFS), wrote, directed and edited two diploma films. Worked as DP on 8 other short films. Won BEST FILM and BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY awards at the end of course.
Worked on professional music video set as camera operator during film school months in Rome.

After Oxford’s Preliminary Exams, received the Claude Bennett Prize for the highest Italian result in the entire First Year of the University.
Won David Gibbs Prize for highest score in medieval literature paper for any language at the University. (Petrarch, Boccaccio, Dante).

2022 - Present JOURNALISM
Reported on the Ukraine/Moldova border for The Scotsman newspaper, on the Russian exclave of Transnistria.
Wrote on the Ukraine conflict, liaising with contacts in the region, for Reaction magazine.
Second place in the annual National Geographic travel writing competition.
Wrote several travel articles published for Wayzgoose magazine.
